Synopsis[]

Plot[]

When Caleb is busy scouting the countryside for any Organism activity in hawk morph, he spots a man running into a forest. Deciding to pursue him, he demorphs and confronts the man, only for him to reveal that he is an Organism and is armed with a gun. The two fight, in their Jaguar forms with the former taunting him about his strength, causing Caleb to be thrown off by his attacks as a result. Before the Jaguar Organism could attack him, the Morphers show up in time, distracting him and giving Caleb the chance to defeat him. Afterwards, the group decides to congratulate Caleb, but Caleb just shrugs it off, saying it's no big deal.

Later that night, Caleb morphs into an owl and flies to secluded area. After demorphing, he starts throwing stones while contemplating about the fight from earlier, until he is interrupted by Rachel, who had secretly followed him. She tries to cheer him up, but to no avail. However, Caleb's hand starts changing, causing Rachel to panic. Caleb, realizing the fear he's caused, slowly reverts his hand back to normal. He blames himself, causing Rachel to become more curious and asks why Caleb often acts like this. Caleb reveals that when he was a child, he was often looked down by his parents, and had no one he could trust. Even after the day he joined the Morphers, he still felt insecure, until he met Rachel, stating that she is the only one who actually treats him like a friend. He promises Rachel to keep this a secret, to which Rachel agrees to.

The next day, Caleb announces to the others that he finally made the basketball team and is finally getting to prove himself. During the tryouts, Calebs manages to pull off several successful dunks and is praised by the team stating that his gifts helped him. He then receives an offer to join full-time, to which he decides to put the offer for another day. Afterwards, Caleb overhears the Morphers talking about him, stating that there are some things that they don't trust about him, which causes him to doubt his position.

Caleb meets up with the other Morphers, who had called by Rueben for an emergency. Rueben states that he had just saw the Jaguar Organism being freed by two police officers, and discussing their plans outside of the prison while in Bald Eagle morph. He tells the group to split up, with he, Rachel and, Caleb on ground, Noah on water, and Nick on air. Caleb asks Reuben if he truly trusted him, but Rueben commands the team to go before he could answer, but Rachel assures him that everything will be under control. The group selects their combat morphs and quickly scouts the area.
