ALLEN CARTER IS A THE BILLIONAIRE CEO OF CATER-CARTER INDUSTRIES A LUCRATIVE COMPANY HE INHERITED FROM HIS DECEASED PARENTS. HE IS ALSO SECRETLY THE HEROIC VIGILANTE DREAM-BOY. AS DREAM-BOY, ALLEN DRESSES IN PINK AND COMMANDS A VARIETY OF GADGETS AND WEAPONS FOR MANY FORMS OF DEFENCE.

Personality[]
Tall and blonde, ALLEN is extremely charismatic with an affable demeanour. Known for his wit and subtle humour, he is very easy to talk to. He is in his late twenties.
As DREAM-BOY ALLEN adopts a protecting and caring role, while law enforcing ALLEN ALSO he steals ill-gotten valuables from the rich and donates the proceeds anonymously to charity.
TOAM (FROM LAZER WORLD) argued with him that stealing is wrong for any reason, but ALLEN stands by his conviction that the ends justify the means. He believes that he has a duty to find people who need saving.
ALLEN easily assumes a leadership position and, as DREAM-BOY, is the official leader of DREAM-QUEENS
